Not at all! Our community welcomes people at all stages of their spiritual journey. Whether you're completely new to meditation or have years of practice, you'll find a welcoming space here.
Just bring yourself and an open heart! We provide meditation cushions and chairs. You may want to bring a journal, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Specific events may have additional suggestions listed in the event details.
Most of our regular gatherings are offered on a donation basis - we believe spiritual practice should be accessible to all. Some special workshops may have a suggested contribution to cover materials and teacher fees. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
Our space is accessible and we have chairs available for those who cannot sit on the floor. Please let us know in advance if you have specific accessibility needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
